Our shipping rates are calculated by Australia Post at the checkout.

All orders are shipped within 3 working days. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: robin@firstresponder.com.au

Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us at First Responder Group Pty Ltd.  If your item is faulty upon receipt or not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your purchase.  All returns are subject to approval.  To obtain a returned goods authority please contact our office on 03 9742 5673.

Items must be in original new condition including packaging and retuned within seven days of receipt.
